The NFC East teams have improved. My prediction is, The Cowboys or Giants will win the division. The Eagles and Commanders will fall off. Teams such as The Panthers, Lions, 49ers, Packers, Seahawks, Vikings did not improve their rosters.

Cowboys' Dak Prescott not shying away from setting lofty goals
Prescott wore a vintage T-shirt from the Cowboys' last Super Bowl appearance -- Super Bowl XXX in 1995 -- when the team arrived in Oxnard, California, for training camp Monday. And while working out with skill players in Park City, Utah, before camp, Prescott came up with the anacronym GOTI, which stands for Greatest Offense There Is. I predicted after the 2024 (7-10) season that Dallas would win The Super Bowl in 2026. They went (7-9-1) in 2025. Dallas was better than the record last season. I don't understand why trading Micah Parsons made the defence BAD. I blame Jerry Jones for why The Cowboys failures the last 2-years after going 12-4 the previous 3-years.

BUT! Although The Cowboys has gotten better, so has The Giants. Even though the Eagles lost AJ Brown they are capable of winning the NFC East. Jayden Daniels will be back for the Commanders.
