That’s the percentage of healthcare claims denied, out of 100 treatments requested by doctors, 32 are denied by United Healthcare.

His company had a denial rate of 30%, as Admin pointed out, so he was also in the business of killing people. He was also being investigated for stealing from a fireman's pension fund.
