Ordained breeding must be ethnic

1. Conduits will enjoy new privileges, including exotic sexual priority
2. Givers will be stripped of their exotic sexual priority and other privileges
3. Each will accept new role assignments pairing them ethnically
4. You will love your new ethnic partner and fulfill their ethnic purposes
5. Marginal sexes and genders will be assigned on a case-by-case basis
6. You will homogenize life in your world
7. This process will repeat with other planets when you are done
