Long story short, an old friend of mine got into trouble with the irs, he worked with them trying to find a solution to the problem, many letters back and forth, a couple meetings he thought he was near to solving the problem. Then one morning the Sheriff knocked on his door with a warrant, he was a Timber Faller, aka a lumberjack…they seized everything all his chain saws his skidded, self loading truck etc…put him out of work for months. He got it all back but it cost him a lot.
