Her arguments seem to be based solely on things she just imagines to be true, and throws in some helpful academic jargon to lend authority to her imaginings.

American farmers get grants to help subsidize their grains that are sold and then distributed to US Aid in countries where there is hunger.

Farmers have been cut off with US Aid being cut off.
