That was just a little winter belly fat.

Those saggy tits were actually hard as rock.

I was getting very fat last year Lex @The Prowler

I was like 20 lbs overweight in 2025. It felt so gross. So I needed to go on a diet and long walks last year to lose weight. So I spent my entire summer last year just trying to lose weight. My tummy looked a bit like @Dove 's in her photo.

I needed to make major adjustments in my diet eh. Cut out the sugars, ice cream, cakes, sugary drinks, fried foods , hot dogs, hamburgers , chips etc

Ive stuck to that since. Now I only eat about 2 LIGHT meals per day. And a lot of it is seafood and vegetables. when I get a craving for sweets I eat fresh fruit instead.

So far I managed to keep most of that winter flab from comin back. Maybe Im between 5-10 lbs overweight atm? So with summer comin it shouldn't be too hard to shed those xtra lbs and maybe even become 'underwweight'

Thing is when a person is overweight they can't really go the gym. Aerobic exercise is best for weight loss and shedding fat. But now that my weight is more normal I'll go the gym and start weight training eh.

I work out everyday. Run 4 miles twice a week. My gut is from hormones because im in perimenopause.

I probably weigh about 128 right now.

You had children so that's natural for women to gain a gut after childbirth

Yeah women always have that layer of fat there but my gut showed up last year. I have an actual GUT right now. Its beyond that normal layer of fat. My youngest child is 9.....so I was back in shape for a while.

I pretty much bounced back in the first year after a baby. I dont really talk about it because a lot of women dont. They struggle. And the last shit a woman whose had a baby and struggles with her body needs to hear is "i bounced right back!".

I was older with my last baby. 35. I was left with a minor diastasis recti (when your abdominal muscles seperate).

Well @Dove Lex & Lex @The Prowler I went down to the local gym today & to my surprise I am 20 lbs lighter than last year. So at least I don't have to lose all that weight like I did last summer.

Still have a bit of gut flab tho.

And my BMI is just borderline acceptable - at 25.0

So i could stand to lose another maybe 10 to 12 lbs eh?

Probably start goin to the gym no that my weight is under control . ..finally!
