President Trump blocked from posting to Facebook, Instagram 'indefinitely'

After originally planning to block President Donald Trump from posting to his Facebook and Instagram account for 24 hours, CEO Mark Zuckerberg said Thursday the blocks have been extended "indefinitely."

"We believe the risks of allowing the President to continue to use our service during this period are simply too great," Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post Thursday. "Therefore, we are extending the block we have placed on his Facebook and Instagram accounts indefinitely and for at least the next two weeks until the peaceful transition of power is complete."

Facebook blocked Trump after Twitter froze three of his tweets about the riots at the U.S. Capitol and blocked his access.

There's so many restrictions on the damn thing, you can barely post any content on it anymore.

Such a bloody joke, ya may as well just email your friends photos or download content from some site on the Web.

Trump really fucked up by not actively promoting alternatives to these tech monopolies. Hell, Twitter was truly circling the toilet bowl before Trump. They had gone from reporting their daily user numbers to monthly user numbers to quarterly user numbers all to try to hide that their numbers were all decreasing. After Trump took office his tweets revived that dying waste of space.

The same is going to be true for much of the MSM as their numbers were in serious decline and la.e partisan hacks were getting laid off left and right. That all changed when they learned all they had to do was screech orange man bad all day every day in order to get the low information set to click that link or watch some lame ad filled video. Without Trump? What will they have to get people to click or tune in? You know they won't lie about and attack Biden the way they did Trump so how will they generate the daily outrage to get eyeballs? Their financial future looks bleak indeed.
