Well breaky gold did well & is the only investment I made that's gone up. 2x eh. Not great in the investment scheme of things but not bad either. Stable eh.

Collectibles - gone nowhere lately. just stagnated or gone down in value. Old coins, comic books or art aren't much in demand in a sluggish economy.

Stocks? . I tried some of Lex @The Prowler 's suggestions/stock picks & they weren't bad. have gone up slightly. Otherwise most are flat & my portfolio has gone down 2-3%. Hopefully I can break even in that racket.

Haven't tried crypto or bitcoin yet. I think the best way to approach it is to avoid buying it. just open a merchant account and get paid for a service in bitcoin or some other cryptocurrency. Then just let it accumulate but don't spend it. that way you only risk your time not your capital/money

I'm getting interested in buying land. I don't wanna buy a house or condo. Just RAW land. Got any advice @Breakfall? I think RAW land could be a good investment. Not to live on just invest in. Maybe farmland. Surprisingly some of it is quite affordable. You can actually buy small parcels of land in decent locales for less than even AUstralian $50,000. anyway gonna look I to it. I suppose there's plenty of scams in RE investing tho
