The USA should provide tax incentives to people/entrerpeneurs to move North to populate less populated regions.
Whether people move to Texas or Florida or the sunbelt, clearly the current model of US settlment is sustainable.

I am unfamiliar with Ripetide but the song sounds similar. I was thinking of the classic Simon & Simon show about two brothers who own a private detective business. Ahh, the 1980's a great time to be a kid. This brings me back to riding my bike with friends, playing Atari 2600, and thinking a Commodore 64 computer was so high tech. The rules for every kid in the neighborhood was do what ever you want but don't break the law and be home when the street lights turn on.

Ok, I looked up Ripetide. Simon & Simon ran from 1981-1989 on CBS. NBC saw how popular the show was so they did a copycat show called Ripetide. I will have to see if Netflix or Amazon have either of these shows.
