Everyone was told investigations were ongoing and numerous civil suits were still being litigated in court up until even last year against Maxwell. The DOJ and FBI has ran interference for years. Everyone expected more arrests to be made at some point.

I understand what you're saying. I believe what the push is asking for is the unredacted files with the exception of victim identities still redacted if said victim chooses. If it's a case of people being implicated in the Epstein files but maybe not enough evidence that could lead to criminal charges, the public would at least know who these individuals are. If it was a prominent business figure for example, the public could influence their value and influence the value of anyone choosing to still do business with them. There is no valid excuse to leave the situation as is.

I dont think they CAN do that. Legally i mean. I know some cases require a certain amount of years before it can become open to the public.

I dont know all the laws surrounding whether or not information on Epsteins case can be made public knowledge so im not making a statement with any certainty
