I think there was a similar effort to control the Zika virus in Brazil & then all these babies came out with shrunken heads.

That was an effort funded by Bill Gates which came out of Oxford University like that failed Astra Zeneca vaccine

This was a "conspiracy theory" last year. "Vax shedding". I never saw proof, so I discounted it. Dont seem so far fetched though.
