I've watched videos of pregnant women doing yoga, I don't think it'd be much different swinging around a pole. The more active you stay while pregnant, the more you can continue to do and easier labor when the time comes. Too many women get lazy when they're pregnant out of fear of hurting the baby. I mean yes some activities might be completely out of the question but yoga or even dancing around the stipper pole is completely safe unless you're a careless moron or of course your Dr thinks it's too risky.
