I have a static group IP. My ISP is unique. First few times I lurked I had no issues. Once I started posting about it here now when I dont use a proxy I just time out.

It's not a coincidence, when I read the IP log it says "ip refused".

So, blocked it is, you fucking dunce. Learn to internet before you shit yourself so publically.
