I think the most absurd smear campaign I've seen was the one against Ted Cruz because he took his kids to Cancun when TX had that deep freeze.

They all grabbed their pearls and threw a fit.....once again more offended by something not an issue on the Republican side while their elected officials fuck up and lie all over the place unchecked.

WTF authority does a Senator have over that situation? Corporate media knows the people that listen to them are low info, dumb, and dont understand how the government works, how state/federal work and why that's important, and who does what. Legal theft so bad businesses are leaving. People using drugs all over the sidewalk. Homeless encampments everywhere. Disparities. Women getting raped in prison and perverts able to expose themselves to women and girls in female spaces.

Open calls for violence against women trying to protest. Only one party calls the shots and political violence is accepted against dissenters.

They are directly supporting the policies and culture that are creating 3rd world level states, working towards 3rd worlding the whole country, and observing that America will become a 3rd world like it's not them doing it.

We have regular Americans sitting in jail for months and being placed in solitary confinement and they havent even been charged with anything except trespassing. And they are being called terrorists.

And everyone knows why. It's because they protested on the wrong side of politics, and these people dont want that. They dont want a real democracy.

This is exactly the kind of shit that only happens in 3rd world and in authoritarian countries. It should NEVER happen here. Ever. But it is.

Even Elizabeth Warren spoke up very concerned about these peoples rights. I wonder if she will still support democrats seeing how the left encourages stripping rights away from people based on partisan politics. And jobs. And education.
