I find it amusing that the key phrase in Herr Miller’s rant is a phrase often used in the Trump world, “If subject does the right thing” an early example is Trump’s J6 speech pumping up his base to attack Congress, then the subject was Mike Pence, the right thing in that case was to somehow illegally throw out the vote of the people. In this case they know their habeous corpus ploy is nonsense and illegal and against the constitution, but they pinning their hopes on ’the courts’ to back their bullshit plot
