Admittedly, I only have one kale recipe and it’s a highly nutrient rich soup my kids and honorary kids love. It has ground turkey, stewed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, cannelloni beans, onion, garlic, bell peppers (tricolor), red pepper chili flakes, caldo (chicken bullion) and the kale goes in last so it keeps some crunch. The cannelloni ads silkiness where fat and cream are missing. If you don’t go overboard on the caldo and drain the fat from the turkey, it’s even healthier.
Zupa Toscana from Olive Garden has bed around since I was a kid. Kale is the garnish and it’s delish if you’re looking for a creamy, comfort food version.
