Cancer isn't one disease. It's multiple diseases and they differ by the type, their molecular basis, how to treat, etc.
I don't know what that image is supposed to be, but I wouldn't take it at face value.
Did you google those numbers?

Nah just found it interesting and though it'd be good to dissect
I believe the numbers are just patent numbers

I did ask the Patent attorney in the house. He says patent numbers start with USP and then numbers, no letters.

We looked it up because you're right something does show up. The lawyer here said that the number assigned could be a provisional number before a patent is approved. So, if you look at the page closely where it says "status" it says "abandoned". It means that they gave up on the patent and no one has tried under that number.
Btw, as for Salicylic Acid...yeah, that's aspirin.
