No it links to a sports car parts website. There's a forum on the site where you can post your pics. He stole someone else's car pic because it happened to be a white C90 or whatever it is on a rack and he'd been taunting Admin and Alticus about it for a few days. he posted several time "What's car parts.com" and then acted like the link I posted was to the first pic in the thread.
I forced him to out himself over it, because he's just that weak and stupid. he then posted an imgur.com pic to block the real URL and tried and failed to continue the troll.
Quite a humiliating mess for him all in all.

That is an old Corvette that I posted to mock these people because they are so desperate to "Provezzz itzzzz notzzzzz hizzzzzz!!!!"
If you read through the thread a bit, you will see it all play out.
I did eventually post a few pics of my car on my 4 post lift, which sits at about 5.5 feet high and allows us to store a bunch of stuff under the lift.
