Prosecutions too? In both criminal cases and civil cases? A guy who gets sexually assaulted by a woman and has no video evidence is on his own...

Civil case you're a plaintiff and that takes an attorney...you're seeking financial damages.

Prosecution, you're a victim of a crime and the State pays for the criminal court proceedings.

Its fine to complain, but reporting it to the police is retarded.

They have better things to do, like paying someone a 7am visit for saying nigger on Twitter.
Yeah, it's unfortunate that there isn't free speech in your country.

I'm guessing it's an attempt to nip violence that stems from that kind of hate in the bud.

Prosecution against females only happens if there is rock solid evidence (video or numerous eyewitness accounts). The State generally refuses to touch cases otherwise and defers to the female.

And if there is rock solid evidence it gets settled before court.

That photo is from a Los Angeles Tribune story in November of 2021.

Do better.

You're probably right about that. It wasn't the argument you were initially making, however.

Your argument was about cost.

Now you're making an argument about the viability of a case to begin with. That's a different argument.

Cost in time, money, and reputation loss of a man who reports a sexual assault by a woman.
