Cori Bush, Jamal Bowman, and possibly Ilhan Omar face existential challenges in their bids for re-election.

It's easy to blame the situation on AIPAC and while not wrong that only tells half the story.

"The Squad" and self-described democrat socialists or 'progressives' in congress have mostly lost their leftist bases due to inaction when it would have counted and capitulation to the establishment at every turn. Instead of doing what they'd been elected to do they became performative insiders more concerned with their careers and party loyalty than leveraging power and achieving the legislative goals mentioned in their campaigns for office. Without steadfast and energetic support from the coalitions that raised them to seats in congress "The Squad" members not in heavily gerrymandered or otherwise 'safe' districts are vulnerable to centrist, establishment, AIPAC-approved challengers.

Once again they've done it to themselves and ignoring what made them susceptible to AIPAC-funded opposition in the first place is guaranteeing they will continue to lose seats, leaving only the "Squad" members who can successfully abandon all pretense of 'progressiveness' and cocoon themselves within establishment democrat politics.

The republicans may be horrible but the democrats are horrible too.

What? Could Appalachia and W. Virginia survive without progressive Socialism? I think not. Y’all should thank your lucky stars.
