There are indeed wonderful things in the world.

If you watch the 60 year old white guy has a young (under ten years old) half Thai daughter. You see a lot of these creepy older westerner guys who marry Thai women who are relatively poor and who are 30-40 years younger. You see this all over SE Asia with older, normally divorced white guys, starting a second family with far younger native/local women.

It still nice that he plays music for elephants and that the elephants enjoy it.

It is dramatic but suddenly movements and loud noises are a primary defense for them against predators. I notice they also puff themselves up and stand on their tippy toes to try to look bigger. So it makes sense why they do what they do.
