.. I think what @Reggie_Essent is saying is that if the DEI officer was competent he would have shot more than just that one criminal. To the point, had the Capitol security been competent every one of those MAGAtarded Trumputinists who violently broke into the Capitol Building intending to overthrow our government at Trump's orders would have been gunned down. He does have a point there, @Lily .

Now for the shooting:

I don't think the police were incompetent. I think being Capitol officers/DC officers they were probabaly loathe to kill Americans protesting,. Also, part of the time they were outnumbered.

Babbitt was ordered to stand down. She broke a window , climbed through it and paid the consequences. She made lots of bad choices. This is on her.
