That site is at 10,000 feet above sea level and none of them have any experience farming or raising farm animals. It is an extremely rural area with no jobs or even nearby stores. Those retards are going to freeze or starve especially after they learn the roads are closed three months out of the year at that elevation.
Like the "urban farmers" at Chaz/Chop these tards will throw a few potted plants onto a piece of plastic then wonder why it dies instead of grows. The very fact that they stupidly think "rich soils" are found at the tops of mountains tells you all you need to know about how ignorant they are.

Not to mention their idea of how to pay the property taxes is to set up a goodfunme page to beg for money from strangers. Of that 200 acres I would be shocked if more than 20 acres are flat enough to farm but they will also need to build their "city" there. Oh, and then there are concerns about flooding in spring, avalanches in winter, and growing enough food in the 4-5 month growing season window to have a supposedly self sufficient "city". All on the 20 acres or less of arable land plus what ever live stock they can support on the remaining 180 acres of steep poor pasture.
