Yes, that does look like a live Giraffe if your name is fucking Stevie Wonder.

Look closely and you'll see that the spots on the Giraffe almost look like they're rising. Additionally, there is no live Giraffe that looks like stuffed animal.

So, my guess is that it's an inflatable or maybe a shit "art piece" to draw attention to a rather otherwise dull looking residence.

Looking at the architecture, I'm guessing that's not in America.
