Here in Shitty City we went through this during the Giuliani administration. They called it 'Giuliani time'. The cops beat up on non-whites until they fled just at the sight of the cops. So the cops beat up on whites too. A traffic stop became an ordeal. My buddy [an Italian], got stopped in his IROC and received a ticket for every tail light bulb obscured by a smoke lens. 18 total tickets. When he whined about it I reminded him it was 'Giuliani time' and that he had asked for it so STFU.
