1.7 million people with become septic. Nearly 300k will die from sepsis.
Sepsis is terrifying and it's not hard to get. From the time of infection? You have about 12 hours to get help or end up unconscious and on life support with organs shutting down. With all the terrifying impacts of organ failure.
I have seen sepsis ravage people up close. Once your body starts shutting down....if you miss that 12 hour window? If you survive it's by the grace of God.
One has to wonder why there isnt more corporate media hysteria over sepsis? Why not mandate prevention methods? Why isnt the government enforcing anti sepsis stuff?
Since our health is such a top priority and all.
