In 1991 the average income was $30,000 and rent was $500 in comparison to today.. which is $60,000/$2,500.

Most people prior to the pandemic were working 2-3 jobs to put food on the table…. but no one wants to talk about that.

In the interim, minim wage should represent the lowest paying job that someone can work, buy a modest home and retire from. Read that again.
