My guess is by the time the suspect was placed in that position he had already grabbed the guys nuts, and of course it was after he almost killed them or caused serious injury by smashing into their car

You're certainly entitled to believe whatever you like. It's been my experience that in the vast number of police brutality cases the suspect did something to get the beating.
When suspects comply they don't typically get the shit beat out of them.

Every situation is different, I don't know about the one you're describing, only the one that is the subject of this thread, and like I said, from what I read it's deserved. It's usually deserved.

Ice agents in Portland have gone out into the crowds outside the confines of ice property and grabbed peaceful protesters and drug them inside the ice facility, there is a documented history of excessive violence by these glorified hall monitors.

I don't trust cops. They are often criminals that we've empowered.
I have a brother retired from law enforcement. When he and his cop buddies would party late into the wee hours, they would laugh at neighbors calling in for noise complaints. They would have their own stashes for illegal drugs.
We have signs at certain intersections that say "No right on red." they ignore these casually.
They are supposed to have a higher code of conduct. They often don't.
Just this week a drug gang within a police department in Mississippi was busted.
And don't get me started on all the women that came forward and reported Epstein and his fellow rapists that the FBI ignored.
Cops are often dirty and always have been
