They sent a questionnaire to Portuguese universities asking them about climate agendas, affiliations with communist or socialist parties, and ties to countries like China and Iran. I imagine that is so they can harass students who attend schools in Portugal, or deport them.

They also canceled "American Corners," a program which hosted events in Portuguese universities.
