Despite the Constitution and federal statute requiring birthright citizenship — people born on American soil are American citizens even if their parents are not — the Trump Administration issued an executive order declaring that it will end on February 19th.

The order has been met with multiple legal challenges, leading a federal judge to temporarily block it. U.S. District Judge John Coughenour, who was appointed by Ronald Reagan, wrote in his decision that the order “blatantly unconstitutional.”

Tariffs are good for America. Our federal government was almost completely funded through tariffs on foreign trade until 1913.

The tariffs Donald Trump imposed during his first Administration were never repealed by the Biden Administration for a very good reason: they bring in billions of dollars to our treasury.

The tariff threat against the Mexicans and stupid Canadians is to force them to do our bidding. This is what powerful and superior nations do to less powerful and weak nations.
