. Most often when a president calls for and engages in warfare the American public stands behind them, taking for example the 1st and second Gulf Wars or WWII, but not so here. Once again The People are rejecting Trump's methods because of their recklessness, the rationale and true motives unclear.

Yes, you may. I was on record as opposing Iraq and Afghanistan too. But I was clear in regards to Iran that I oppose boots on the ground., but I tentatively support the air campaign to annihilate the Jihadists capacity to wage war.
In other words, I have no problem with bombing them back into the stone age if the Persians are too cowardly to throw off the Jihadist Tyrants that have been oppressing them for 47 years.
