NOAA has a couple research vessels nearby with the crews and scientists etc, small staff as is often the case underfunded and understaffed, they got the notice to arbitrarily fire X positions, no reasons why just fire people so morons online can chuckle ignorantly about it. Yeah no reason to study the ocean. Not when Apartheid Boy needs to build his space yacht!
I think this more clearly demonstrates the level of stupidity operating with those two men than almost anything they have done so far.
