It's interesting how he doesn't think with DOGE running round firing people the employment numbers would be affected. What a simpleton he is.
Trump may have further weakened a deteriorating job market with all those firings @LotusBud at a time when many Americans are stressed out by the economy.

This former Wall Street Market Analyst believes the unemployment rate will continue to go higher sending the economy into a recession & setting up the stock market to fall, possibly crash. Same time his analysis seems to align with Trump's or MAGA's narrative. But regardless of his political slant he seems to agree that tougher times are ahead for the economy & the markets.

It might interest Lex @The Prowler because he claims to be heavily invested in the stock market.

Technology makes workers more efficient. Which means we need less workers satisfy out needs.

This results in unemployment.

Low IQ people (which includes most of the population) are convinced that this is a bad thing.

It is not a bad thing.

Being more efficient is a good thing.

It means we have options, such as:

A) Decreasing the hours that employees need to work. A 20-25 hour work week should be standard.

B) Create more "life-enhancing" activities and employ people to run things.

Imagine working three 8 hour days a week for a full time job. Then with all your free time, participating in whatever activities you enjoy: Learn a new language, make a movie, play in a band, enjoy sports and other physical activities, cook your own healthy meals, etc. etc. etc.

This is a paradigm shift and will require people to actually think for themselves to understand the possibilities.
