It's fairly mild, but it melts beautifully...very cheesy and stretchy. It's tender as well. Better than mozzarella, imo.

Chicken and veggie potstickers, lightly blackened. Topping include soy sauce, tapatio, and sweet chili sauce. Good stuff.

FML I've never had these as I just assumed they were perogies.. have thought many times about if they actually had decent guts.. Not sure if I require the skill to make them from scratch ..
