Blacks tend to score badly at math, therefore, we will just eliminate all classes for kids that are good at math. Thus now everyone will be equally bad at math. Seriously, if you are in Virginia either get your kid to private school or leave the state.

All 4 of my kids went to a religious school because I wanted them to have a good moral foundation. The superior curriculum was just a bonus.
