One time I was at a Monsters of Rock concert in the late 70s. Cheap Trick was playing California Man and the crowd was rocking out. People in the crowd spontaneously gathered round this guy who was in a wheelchair and about 12 people lifted the kid up in his wheelchair above the crowd so he could see the band play his favorite song.

It would have been a poignant and special thing to have witnessed except for the fact that about half way through the song some drugged out fuckbuckle stumbled into the crowd holding up the kid in the wheelchair and they dropped him. He rolled on the ground and his friends got him back into his chair. He was OK, but the fuckbuckle ruined the cool moment.
