I don't look at trying to stand up to what I consider what essentially a bioweapon as being brave or a victory of some sort. It's like standing in a doorway of a house on fire. I spoke with my physician the other day, a board certified Canadian Doctor, and he told me the only way we or any other vicinity will achieve 'herd immunity' is if at least 50% of the population gets vaccinated against the coronavirus. And then maybe 6 months later, the population as a whole will achieve what the medical community will consider 'herd immunity'. It's not like catching a cold, flu or the measles and the population will magically acquire some resistance to it. It's just not the same thing, where a good portion of the Canadian or American population gets sick and supposedly/ideally will develop a resistance to it. Uh uh, not this virus. COVID is a LETHAL virus. There's no ideology attached to it. It doesn't care what your political affiliation is. And If it doesn't kill a person, COVID leaves permanent damage or scarring of the internal organs.
