I don't know about decreasing military spending, I don't reccomend that. And I am completely clueless about Glass Steagall, what is that about?...lol but all the rest sounds perfect.

The US spends FAR more on the military than they let on. They have billions and billions in dark money, completely off the books. Most of that money is going to enrich war mongers and is unnecessary for national defense.
