Yep. Looks like the ol' appendix needs to come out. Surgeon is scheduling it for a month or so from today. I know it's not the biggest of procedures but next to having my tonsils removed when I was a kid, this will be the only surgery I've ever had. So if something goes wrong and you all don't see me here again after that then chances are I went tits up on the operating table.

Are they removing it arthroscopically? It's a routine surgery with usually 2 or three small incisions. You'll come out of it with flying colors.

They should have done it when they had the chance.

I believe that's what he said. These surgeons are always in a hurry to get to their next patient on follow up appointments so they're pretty brief in their explanations. As far as dealing with it when they had the chance, it's hard to remember because I was on narcotics for the pain in the hospital, but apparently aside from my appendix I had some kind of infection in my bowels which would complicate removing my appendix and him having to do some other procedure called a bowel resection or something.

He put me on antibiotics in the hospital and the pain really started to go away, so he decided to discharge me with a script for more antibiotics. Now that the pain is gone completely and my bowels are fine he feels more comfortable removing my appendix because there is much less of a chance for complications.

Best Wishes. Lily's right about the way they do the surgery. Hopefully a hot nurse will have to bend over a lot while tending to your wounds.

Good luck, man.

I had my gall bladder removed arthroscopically. Easy peasy, and no scar. Still had to spend 5 days in the hospital.

That'd be nice but with my luck I'll get some hairy grizzly bear of a male nurse. Thanks for the kind words man. I appreciate it.

I didn't realize you had a several other problems going on in your gastrointestinal system. Yikes.

Best of luck on your surgery.

Nope, but you were on good drugs as I recall. You just said he was prescribing antibiotics for the appendix.

In the hospital I was on antibiotics and Dilaudid. When I got better he sent me home with a script for Amoxicillan, but no Dilaudid. lol

I gotta say, I was feeling pretty good on those in the hospital but I'm glad he didn't give a script for them. I don't want to fall back into that hole of addiction again.

@Admin.

Yesterday he posts about letting jack eat his ass, and today he's sharing his personal experience with getting plowed up the ass and it's relation to my bowel issues. He truly has been around the block when it comes to homosexuality.
