When someone is doing you a big favor, and you're desperate for more favors, you don't pick a fight, you don't talk back, You don't shake your head when the other person is talking, you don't interrupt and speak over them, and you at least attempt to act respectfully even if you don't feel that way. Most important, take the time to know the best way to deal with the person who holds your life in their hands. Russia has gone so far as to send wounded soldiers back to the front lines to try to run away from attack drones and mortar fire while on crutches.
