Butter, beaky. Be more healthy flynn, all that smoking and sweets is so bad for you

I know, it's just I smoked a f-at blunt, and I couldn't get up and the only things within reaching distance were a bottle of Fiji Water, a 35 pack of Coke from Costco, and freeze dried Skittles.

I do eat eat pretty healthy normally. I usually have a banana, half an apple, Greek yogurt and a green smoothie for breakfast. Then I have my after breakfast latte'.

Why is it banned? That's weird

My bad, it's not...

No, Vegemite is not banned in the United States, despite rumors to the contrary, and can be purchased in some stores and online.

Here's why:
  • No Official Ban:
The United States Customs and Border Protection and the FDA have stated there is no ban on Vegemite, and no official policy targeting it for interception.

  • Urban Legend:
The story of a "ban" on Vegemite has become an urban legend.

  • Availability:
While not widely available, Vegemite can be found in stores that specialize in international foods, online retailers like Amazon, and in some supermarkets with imported food sections.

  • Folate Content:
Rumors about a ban stemmed from Vegemite's high folate content, but folate is naturally occurring and not a reason for a ban.

I actually had an everything bagel with cream cheese and tomato slices. I tossed some hemp hearts on it.

And of course two cups of coffee.
