All for the US elites worried about near extinction level events and social upheaval.
I've seen various video footage from truck drivers driving into these things so it doesn't surprise me in the least.
The offshore under sea ones though are intriguing and could be the source for the drones that people saw emerge from the sea along the upper East Coast in December 2024.

Must be cheap and would kill fossil fuel industry.
It would have to be fusion based, nuclear, hydrogen, or maybe a Tesla technology.
21 trillion is not chump change.
These things would have to be able to seal off completely as the surface gets incinerated or flooded...which makes undersea ones seem viable for purpose.

Actually it is known. The great part is few believe it which is why it is said that the term occult (meaning hidden) is a bit of a misnomer. Things are not so much hidden as people just don't want to know.

I've never looked into that topic.
As for the energy source, if it's the coastal facilities my guesses would be geothermal or tidal. If the facilities are inland I'd presume geothermal unless they're sitting on some kind of fusion reactor tech.
I dunno.... we seem to be getting injected, sprayed, starved out, impoverished by our dear leadership. Like a house cleaner chipping away each day on their chores.
