Yes. They are. You might think you know them because of their schedule, the way they post, and what they post. At the end of the day you don't know them from the strangers you run into on your weekly jaunts for coffee and nicotine.
Complete strangers are people you've never met and know really nothing about. Of course you could just give everyone the benefit of the doubt and go on their word...but we know better.
