I slow cooked a buttload of rump steak the other day because it was on sale, and further discounted another 55-60%. They were cheap cuts though. No fat whatsoever.
Tonight, we're doing Tex Mex burritos with that beef and all trappings, but I'll be attempting again to do the perfect rendered cheese sauce. Not too thin, like
