I think Agent Ross was suffering from trauma due to injuries sustained in a prior incident where he was dragged and needed 30 stitches.

so he shouldn't have been sent out there.

So according to him the ICE agent could be prosecuted by the State of Minnesota.

The ICE Officer fired INTO the vehicle as it was escaping or driving away

So the ICE Agent was not acting in self defense. He appears to have panicked which may be the reason he fled the scene of the shooting.

No agent state or federal should position themselves in front of a vehicle. That’s training protocol btw.

The shooter had a prior injury during a pursuit of a proclaimed illegal immigrant and was dragged by that car resulting in injures 6 months ago. I would LOVE to see his psych eval releasing back onto the ICE force.

What I can’t figure out is why the light metallic colored GMC/Chevy vehicle the shooter was from blocked in her SUV on an icy road that consists of 2 wide lanes for cross traffic and a large designated parking lane flanking both sides.

They claim it’s because she was blocking them, but when you watch the videos circulated, it’s clear many vehicles and ICE trucks and SUVs were still able to pass on this 4 lane street while she was being approached. Who was ICE pursuing on this block again????

Wife of victim claims they stopped to support their neighbors who were outside on the sidewalk in winter coats with another dog on a leash.
