This officer could be charged. Ashley Babbit was advancing when shot. Renee Good was advancing when shot. The healthcare CEO was shot in the back. And so was this guy.

But Seamajor, look up the definition of the word "protest" and tell me where in that definition you see the word obstruct or even resist.

These protestors are being fomented and used to instigate violence. The organizers want and intend to make violent encounters.
