Looking for 2 replacement antennas for a 5 watt portable UHF radio. I fear I've bent the current one in pockets over the last few years and it may as well not be there. One to replace, and one for the future.

Probably will get a replacement magnetic roof external and a few spare couplings too. The plastic sheathing is showing signs of organic degradation... like when you find an old power cord for a 20 year mobile phone in your shed, and it looks like it has the equivalent of electronic herpes..

I'm still looking. The aftermarket options are grim and the OEM stuff not much better. Maybe I need to get a few of each thing....

I'm meant to be visiting my mate for the first time in years (we talk regularly on the phone though). He's only an hour's away drive, but life gets in the way for both of us... meh. I don't want to drive there because I've already had after work drinks. He's just started work and works in the same area I work in, but just different night/day times.

He's like, "just show up at the end of my shift in the arvo, and we can go there together"... I'm like no... I need to map out the backroad route to his new place while someone is driving me. I need real-time data about landmarks and the like, and compass points.... I need to get there without GPS....like I did before the Internetz.

He thinks I'm crazy.

I told him I want to test out my backpack...

We're going to have fun. His new wife has built a parry retreat on their property along with a mancave. Proper bar, lounging areas, spa, swimming pool, and sauna.... along with a massive sound system and movie screen.

Hopefully, I can convince my normy mate and his wife to do more with less.

Edibles in the legal market here the most an edible can contain is 10mg per package , each bag of gummies I ordered contains 1500mg 50 × 30mg each and those nano bottles are 1000mg each.. here legal 10mg edible is around $5 where the edibles Im grabbing are around .60 for 30mg, so instead of paying 5 I pay .20
