What's the best form of exercise, all around?

I think jogging and Yoga. I can't say from experience, but I've been doing some research and suggestions from people who do both. Maybe some barbells or wrist and ankle weights. Dancing for agility. Afterthought, I've seen videos of pregnant women doing yoga, and it's amazing for the entire body! Jogging is cardio and bone. Impact on bone preserves bone mass.

Exercise is not good for the heart or the knees. I’m gonna go with do nothing. It works for me.

If you have to pick one exercise it could be burpees.

I freaking hate burpees.

I brisk walk 2 miles in the AM and sometimes again in the late afternoon and do tai chi with weights every other day.

Sometimes chair yoga as well. Gym cardio doesn not work for me at all.

I also do a set of calisthenics every other day. 50 pushups, 120 situps and some planks, both back and sides for 30 seconds a side.

I bet he could push himself and do 50 one-arm pushups.


I am just wondering why his planks are only 30 seconds. Maybe "Sausage Fingers" sits on him for the planks.

Best overall exercise for body is swimming.
Take it up a notch. Strap an air tank to your back, put a mask on your face, regulator in your mouth and fins on your feet and swim through shipwrecks teaming with marine life including the occasional shark. It's my favorite thing.

All that's needed. Anything beyond that doesn't do anything more strength building wise. At least for me. I don't work out to exhaustion or injury. Just to stay fit and build endurance.

4 sets of planks = 6 and a half minutes. I also mix that up with an 8 minute abs routine.

I bet you do not go nice and deep with your pushups, just like all those clowns who were posting videos a month or two ago. Just kinda bouncing up and down 8 inches or so.

Those are not pushups.

Post a video of you doing 50 pushups, Old Man Liar @Jack .
