Alty is chillin' Bob Dylan!
Hi Weeg :)
Pot multiplies the effects, which is probably a good thing for you.Hi Weeg :)
I'm feeling pretty good here. I do know that my tolerance will slowly build up soon enough, and I'll need more, but I deal with that when it happens.

It doesn't hurt, but I'm not about to put my weed above a prescription med. I don't fuck with script medications like I used to. I'm more than responsible when it comes to that shit now.Pot multiplies the effects, which is probably a good thing for you.
Hello Murdy. Long time.why so angry?
asking because xanax is not a root cause solution and is typically a short term use
He? Have you detached from yourself?Hello Murdy. Long time.
Let's just say I didn't have the easiest life when I was younger now I'm stuck with the repercussions. I'm not sure how long he will continue with the Xanax. Don't really know. He's not big on small talk.

I’m sure you’ll can find a psychologist for that and most offer telemed these days

I think he's using voice text. At least I hope so.He? Have you detached from yourself?
I think Clonazepam is a better choice over Xanax. Anti-anxiety meds should always be prescribed with an antidepressant.Hello Murdy. Long time.

I told him to rub some dirt on it, but he wouldn't listen.I think Clonazepam is a better choice over Xanax. Anti-anxiety meds should always be prescribed with an antidepressant.
Is anxiety causing you to be angry or easily agitated?
Are you getting enough proper sleep?
Do you feel overwhelmed as soon as you open your eyes?
What symptoms do you have?
You might need a little mood stabilizer in your life, too. Don't let them push large doses; start small. It's your choice!

Good Samaritan salve is better than dirt, though.I told him to rub some dirt on it, but he wouldn't listen.

Some doctors shouldn't be doctors. I've met some really shitty ones over the years.Good morning Iggy :)
I do take Prozac already. Been taking it for over 25 years.
I don't wake up feeling overwhelmed or anything like that. As far as sleep goes it's been pretty good. I don't need the pills to help me sleep anymore, but I also need to show a little more self-discipline in that area and not stay up all hours of the night gaming, talking to you bozos and updating my porn collection. My main focus here is to stay calm and not freakout over every little thing. I'll only end up in jail. Doctors are often reluctant to give me anything like benzos or painkillers for example, because on my chart I'm listed as an addict. Once that happens it's very difficult to get scripts.
I'm also not the most patient man when it comes to some doctors. He gave me no refills on the Zannies. On my father's side of the family more than a few of them were short fused so I don't know if it's a hereditary deal or whatever. When I get angry it's hard for me to just suck it up and move on. I don't like myself when I'm angry. Other than all of this I'm pretty happy with the way things are going.
You're such a fucking clown sometimes. No, I don't mean the funny kind.Oh fuck, here we go!!!
Another fucked-up person wanting to "help".
Do not join The Club, @Alticus . Those people will suck you into a lifetime of "treatment" that is nothing more than a Big Group Pity Party where you find fake empathy with losers asswipes who just want you to stay troubled and deep in a pool of victimhood.
They are too lazy to get well, @Alticus .
You have better options.

I had anger issues up until I went on a mixture of Lexapro and Seroquel last September. I still get upset about stuff, but now it feels normal compared to how I used to feel when I got angry. I was miserable to be around. It was hard for me to suck it up and move on, too, once something set me off. Anxiety and depression can cause anger to be out of control and make it difficult to manage. My Dr won't give me anything narcotic either, partly because I'm a medical marijuana patient and partly because of my prior addiction issues. I won't push after this, I do think you should try Seroquel or something similar. It'll keep you from staying up all night if you take it at a decent hour. It should also help with your anger issues.
When My mom was doing her Dementia thing Seroquel helped her a lot, calmed her down and minimized the hallucinations she was havingSome doctors shouldn't be doctors. I've met some really shitty ones over the years.
