Like it says, businesses have the right to set rules for entry.

Only problem is that the business had her money and they wouldn't allow her to remove said money from a business that was violating her rights...

If she put a mask on, she could have done her business and left. We're all aware that this covid bullshit requires kabuki theater.

Frankly, I'm of the opinion that a business should be able to require you to walk in naked if they want. They should also be free to discriminate based on skin color.

It was a bank. They had her money. The governor lifted the restrictions. She no longer wanted her money in that bank.

Tough shit. She refused to follow the rules. This almost sounds like a stunt youd pull DD.

Fuck your tweedle dumb rules, and fuck you. Her livelihood was in that one institution, they changed the rules on her, then had her assaulted.

Grow some fucking testicles...

The Lifting of the Governors Mask Mandate, did not alter private business' rights to enforce it's own mask requirements on their property, you stupid not understanding Captialism asswipe.

She was trying to quit the business, no?

So what in your retarded logic says that somebody who is disgusted by a non State Wide order and wants to quit her association with a business must abide by a non State Wide policy AFTER THE FACT of her signing a contract with the business or entrusting them to look after her daily finances when the STATE WIDE order never FUCKING existed?

Are you a pussy? Are you a stupid cowering pussy?

SHE WAS TRYING TO GET HER MONEY... if the business wanted her to wear a fucking mask to get her money and she didn't want to wear a fucking mask, the business should refund her fucking money back in a bank check and get her out of there.

Contracts don't get to be changed on the fly and unless she joined that bank during the pandemic, she has every right to walk in there and do a fucking transaction with her checking or savings account....particularly because the state shut down was lifted.

If she's in the right, it should be a slam dunk in court.

I'm willing to bet though, that if the bank decided to put a no shoes, no shirt, no service sign, having never had one before, a court would side with the bank, just like a court will side with the bank on this.

They weren't violating her rights. As a private business, they have the legal right to demand that customers wear masks, and she had no legal right to refuse.

Did she make the account BEFORE or DURING covid?

Was she trying to remove her money after the state of Texas lifted mask mandates?

So, presumably she had business with a financial institution entrusted with her livelihood, they ignored the cessation of lockdown rules, and got her assaulted by cops while she was trying to end her contract with that business.

It's a clear cut case and she should sue the fuck out of them.

They changed the social contract and were trying to prevent her from cessation of a business dealing she no longer found palatable.

Unless they issued a forewarning of their policy of mask wearing after the mandate was lifted, and offered an easily accessible manner to withdraw one's funds without having to wear a mask, jump through hoops, or hop on one foot while singing Unskinny Bop by Poison, the bank acted in an illegal and bad faith which was not supported by the state they operated in.

Fin.

Possibly fraud...

Her property rights were violated. Her money, they possessed it. She wanted to end that relationship, they changed the rules and had the cops assault her.

IN a state which ended that mask mandate.

Why are you so ignorant and resistant to logic?

This.

Its not like a private owned store or businesses. It's a bank with a contract.

They should have given her her money and let her go do her business elsewhere.
